This website does not set any cookies. It does not store anything on your device — no cookies, no local storage, and no tracking identifiers.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see general, aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visit and which pages are popular. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not track you across other websites. It collects only non-identifying, aggregate information through a small script served by Cloudflare.
Advertising & third-party trackers
None. This site runs no advertising, no ad networks, and no third-party tracking or social-media pixels.
When you contact us
- If you call, text, or email us using the links on this site, you share your phone number or email with us directly, and we use it only to reply to you.
- If you book an estimate through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Cal.com, and the name, email, and phone you enter there are used to schedule and confirm your appointment.
- We are adding an on-site “request an estimate” form. When it is live, it will collect the name, phone, and email you submit, used only to respond to your inquiry and stored in our own business system. We do not sell or rent your information.
Text messages
We text people only about their own inquiry or job. We never text you out of the blue, and we never text you to advertise anything.
When we may text you (opt in)
There are only two ways you opt in, and only two ways we get your number:
- You give it to us on the phone. When you leave a callback number with the person or assistant who answers our line, we say at that moment that we may text you at that number.
- You text us first, at the number published on this website.
After that, we may text that number about that job: confirming an appointment, telling you someone will call you back, following up on an estimate, letting you know about a schedule or status change, sending an invoice or payment notice, or asking once whether you would write a review. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts (opt out)
Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will stop texting you. Reply START if you ever want them again, or HELP if you need help. Every text we send tells you how to stop.
Who else sees your number
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This covers every way information can change hands — selling it, sharing it, renting it, trading it, or handing it to an affiliate or partner. We do not do any of those with it.
Your agreement to receive texts from us, and the fact that you gave it, are never shared with anyone else for any purpose unrelated to texting you about your own job.
The one exception is the companies that actually carry the message. To send you a text at all, your number passes through our messaging provider and the phone networks. They handle it only to deliver our messages to you, and for nothing else.
Links to other sites
Links to Instagram, our booking page, and similar destinations take you to other companies’ websites, which have their own privacy practices.
